The Center at Lyon Park is available to rent for a number of activities and programs.

Space Description:

  • Auditorium with a raised stage space.   Auditorium can accommodate up to 175 people w/tables and 300 people in theater style w/o tables.

$50.00 per hour during regular business hours; $100.00 per hour after business hours

$25.00 cleaning fee

$40.00 set-up fee for up to 50 people

$80.00 set-up fee for up to 100 people

$120.00 set-up fee for over 100 people.

  • Conference Room, accommodates 32

$35.00 per hour; no set-up; room “as is”

  • Classroom, accommodates 48

$35.00 per hour; no set-up; room “as is”

  • WECF Computer Lab,  with up to 15 Windows-based computers

$35.00 per hour; no set-up; room “as is”

  • Reading Room available for small meeting space only, accommodates 38

$35.00 per hour; no set-up; room “as is”

  • The “Hutch” at Lyon Park Cafeteria

$35.00 per hour; no set-up; room “as is”

  • Limited number of tables and chairs provided

Tablecloths, decorations not provided

  • Kitchenette (Refrigerator, sink, microwave)

$50.00 per hour

  • Wi-Fi services

Wi-Fi information will be given the day of your event

  • Handicap accessible

Handicap lift for the stage if needed

  • Full onsite catering services

Not required but available

Not required but available for $100.00

  • Visual Equipment (projector and screen)
