We’re launching this service to better serve those of you who rely on your smartphone. We also recently started an e-newsletter, which you’re reading now. We’re planning some other communications changes, too, all to help you stay in touch and take advantage of our center’s many activities.

With Durham Public Schools going back to in-person learning for the 2021-2022 school year, we have decided to resume our “in person” after-school learning program at the center.

The CommUNITY Scholars After-school Program provides enrichment to promote academic and personal success and foster positive attitudes towards learning. Beginning on Tuesday, August 24th, it will operate Monday-Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. All COVID protocols will be followed to ensure safety.
